WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We do require 24 hours for cancelling/rescheduling appointments. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the cost of services and/or will require pre-payment of all future appointments. If you hold a series/package for services and do not cancel within 24 hours, we will deduct the service from your series/package. 

CAN I MAKE APPOINTMENTS ONLINE?

For the majority of appointments, yes. We do have a few services that require some additional information and cannot be booked online. In that case, we ask that you call the spa to arrange your appointment. 

WHY DO YOU REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD IN ORDER TO BOOK MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

This is done to hold your booking. Your card will not be charged at the time of making your appointment. If you choose to use that card at the time of checkout, you can. You may also use any other form of payment we accept. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours, your card will be charged for 100% of the service. 


WHY CAN’T I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT ONLINE?

Due to the nature of our business, we require you to contact the spa to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment.  This enables us to better serve you. 


WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

Since treatments are reserved especially for you, please make any cancellations 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to avoid being charged in full.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE?

Arriving late will shorten your treatment. Please remember that we must stay on schedule and your treatment must end on time. If you arrive too late for us to take you for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you for the appointment. 

DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

While we always try to accommodate walk ins, we do recommend you make a reservation to guarantee an appointment at the time you wish. Appointments are subject to availability and we’re often much busier on the weekends. We’re also happy to take group reservations, but we suggest giving us a call several weeks in advance to ensure you get exactly what you’d like.


WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Please plan to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment so you have time to get settled and complete any necessary paperwork.


WHAT SHOULD I WEAR DURING MY MASSAGE?

It’s completely a matter of personal preference. Many guests choose to disrobe completely, whereas others prefer to leave their undergarments on. Either way, our massage therapists are professionally trained to keep your body entirely covered throughout the massage—aside from the area being worked on—to ensure your comfort and privacy.


WHAT IF I'M UNCOMFORTABLE DURING MY TREATMENT?

If anything at all interferes with your comfort during your treatment, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Whether it’s the temperature of the room, the pressure of the massage, or absolutely anything else, our team is here to cater entirely to you and we want to ensure you have the best spa experience. 


WHAT IS CUSTOMARY WHEN IT COMES TO TIPPING?

Most guests choose to leave 20% gratuity for spa treatments, but it’s entirely up to you. Though cash gratuity is very welcome, it can easily be added to your credit card. If you have any additional questions regarding gratuity, please don’t hesitate to ask our spa concierge for guidance.


I'M PREGNANT, WHAT SERVICES CAN I ENJOY?

Our spa offers many services which are both safe and relaxing for expecting mothers. A spa concierge will be happy to assist you in picking out the perfect treatment(s).


CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN INTO THE SPA?

In order to ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all our guests, we ask parents or guardians to make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services.  However, if your child is able to sit quietly with a book in the lobby, you are welcome to bring them. A signed parental consent is required for children under the age of 16 receiving any spa services.


WHAT ARE YOU AGE GUIDELINES FOR GENERAL SPA TREATMENTS?

Guests who are 16 and under must have a parent or guardian on premise during their services. We may request a parent or guardian be present in the room while the service is being performed. 

DO YOU HAVE GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Lindsay Taylor SPAtique gift certificates are available for any amount and are redeemable for Lindsay Taylor SPAtique services and products. You can purchase gift cards online, by phone (508-366-2260), or at our location in Westborough.  Gift Certificates can not be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.


CAN I BRING FOOD INTO THE SPA?

We have light snacks and beverages available at our refreshment bar. However, we do ask you to please refrain from bringing any additional food with you into the spa. If you are planning a group visit and would like to eat while you’re here, please let us know and our event coordinator can arrange for additional snacks or catering.

What is a Series?

A series is a discounted, pre-paid quantity of a specific service frequently used by a client. Series can be shared with family members and does not expire. Series are non-refundable.
